Helmi Muzaki

Abstract

This study aimed to determine students’ perceptions of the use of flipbooks as a learning medium to increase food security awareness. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, data were collected through a questionnaire completed by 62 participants. The results showed that six key aspects ease of access, effectiveness, interest and motivation, food security awareness, involvement, and independence and confidence had an average score of 4.13, which is considered high. These findings indicate that flipbooks are an effective, interactive, and flexible medium for supporting the learning process and fostering student awareness of food security issues.
